Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Embroidery Digitalizer to convert artwork into high-quality embroidered fabrics. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, stitch quality, and production efficiency while maintaining design aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:
Convert artwork, sketches, and design files into embroidery digitized formats
Create and edit stitch files compatible with embroidery machines
Ensure proper stitch types, density, sequencing, and thread paths
Optimize designs for different fabrics and materials
Work closely with design and production teams to meet requirements
Conduct sample runs and make necessary adjustments for quality output
Troubleshoot digitizing and machine-related issues
Maintain design library and documentation of digitized files




Ensure timely delivery of digitized files as per production schedules

Required Skills & Competencies:
Robust expertise in embroidery digitizing software (Wilcom)
Positive understanding of fabrics, threads, and embroidery techniques
Knowledge of stitch types, densities, and machine operations
High attention to detail and design accuracy
Ability to handle multiple designs and meet deadlines
Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot errors
Creative approach to design digitalization
Ability to work in a team & coordinate with design team to provide the mosr desirable output.

Qualifications:
Diploma / Certification in Embroidery Digitizing, Textile Design, or related field
5–6 years of relevant experience in textile or garment industry

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
