Housekeeping GSA (Guest Service Associate)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Housekeeping GSA to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and a pleasant workplace throughout our hospital and guest facilities. The candidate should be responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain patient rooms, guest rooms, corridors, offices, and common areas.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in all assigned areas.
Make beds and replace bed linens, towels, and other supplies as required.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, washrooms, and other facilities.
Handle housekeeping equipment and cleaning materials safely.
Collect and dispose of waste according to hospital hygiene and waste-management procedures.
Replenish toiletries and other housekeeping supplies.
Report maintenance issues, damaged items,



and safety hazards to the supervisor.
Follow infection-control procedures and hospital cleanliness standards.
Respond promptly to housekeeping requests from patients, guests, and staff.
Perform other duties assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor or HOD.

Job Requirements
Qualification: SSLC or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
Hardworking, punctual, and responsible.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays when required.
