CNC PROGRAMMER

We are looking for a skilled and experienced CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team, specialising in the machining of industrial rolls.

Location: Sundran, Dera Bassi

Position: CNC Programmer

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, write and optimise CNC programs for the machining and finishing of industrial rolls.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications and machining tolerances.
Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, machining parameters and tooling strategies.
Plan machining sequences to achieve the required dimensions, surface finish and accuracy.
Work with the production team to improve machining efficiency, productivity and tool life.
Troubleshoot machining issues and ensure consistent quality of finished components.
Reduce machining time and tooling costs while maintaining dimensional accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:




Hands-on experience in CNC programming and machining.
Positive knowledge of CNC turning and heavy-component machining.
Experience with G-code, M-code, tooling selection and machining parameter optimisation.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
Experience in industrial roll machining, steel mill rolls or heavy engineering components will be an added advantage.
