URGENT HIRING – EDUCATIONAL COUNSELOR at BIT

Job Responsibilities:

Counsel inquiries regarding BIT’s qualified, technical & certification courses.

Handle inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins and other channels.

Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable courses.

Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.

Achieve monthly admission and collection targets.

Maintain proper follow-up records and update CRM regularly.

Provide accurate information regarding course structure, fees, batches and career prospects.

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Valuable interpersonal and counseling abilities.

Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM / WhatsApp.

Prior experience in educational counseling, sales or admissions will be preferred.

Job Type: Full Time

Job Location: Uma Char Rasta, Waghodia Road, Vadodara.

Salary: Rs. 25000/- to Rs. 40000/- (*Depends upon Skill & Experiance)
