Job Description

HAtrip Planners is looking for a confident, friendly, and sales-oriented Receptionist cum Telecaller to handle customer enquiries and sell Goa tour packages, hotel bookings, and tourist activities.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and travel-related queries.
Call potential customers and follow up on leads for Goa holiday packages.
Sell Goa tour packages, hotel stays, sightseeing tours, water sports, cruise parties, and other tourist activities.
Understand customer requirements, including travel dates, number of guests, budget, and preferences.
Share suitable package options, hotel details, itineraries, and pricing with customers.
Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Maintain customer details, lead records, and follow-up status.
Welcome walk-in visitors and handle basic reception and front-desk responsibilities.
Coordinate with the operations team for booking confirmations and guest requirements.




Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Valuable communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Confident on phone calls and comfortable communicating with customers.
Basic computer knowledge, WhatsApp, and email handling.
Good convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a sales-oriented mindset.
Previous experience in telecalling, sales, hospitality, or travel is preferred. Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.
