Provide nursing care to patients as per their clinical needs and treatment plan.
Monitor and record vital signs and report any significant changes in the patient's condition.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency situations.
Maintain accurate nursing notes, patient records, and required documentation.
Ensure proper patient identification before medication, procedures, and sample collection.
Follow infection-control and biomedical waste management practices.
Maintain proper hand hygiene and patient-safety precautions.
Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment, medication, diet, and discharge instructions.
Ensure proper handover and takeover during shift changes.




Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Check emergency equipment, medicines, and supplies as assigned.
Coordinate effectively with doctors, nursing colleagues, and other departments.
Report incidents, medication errors, or safety concerns promptly as per hospital protocol.
Participate in nursing training, quality improvement, audits, and hospital initiatives.
Perform other nursing responsibilities assigned by the Nursing In-charge or Supervisor.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
