About the Role

Zorba Estates is looking for a Property Advisory Executive to understand client requirements, suggest suitable property options, and coordinate with the respective teams to help clients find the right property.

Key Responsibilities
Understand clients' property requirements, budgets, and preferred locations.
Guide clients regarding suitable residential and commercial properties.
Collect and maintain accurate client information.
Match client requirements with available property options.
Coordinate with property owners, buyers, sellers, and internal teams.
Follow up with clients and share relevant property details.




Assist in scheduling property visits and coordinating enquiries.
Maintain client records and update information in the company CRM.

Requirements
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in real estate and property advisory services.
Ability to understand client needs and suggest suitable options.
Good coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Salary and Benefits
