Job Responsibilities
Install and configure printers for customers.
Diagnose and repair printer hardware and software issues.
Service and maintain inkjet, laser, and multifunction printers.
Troubleshoot paper jams, print quality issues, and connectivity problems.
Replace printer parts, cartridges, toner, and other consumables.
Perform regular printer maintenance and cleaning.
Install printer drivers and configure network printing.
Visit customer locations for printer service and troubleshooting.
Maintain service reports and customer records.
Explain printer usage and basic troubleshooting to customers.





Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in printer servicing.
Knowledge of Canon, HP, Epson, Brother, or similar printers.
Positive knowledge of printer hardware and troubleshooting.
Basic computer and networking knowledge.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and travel to customer locations when required.

Preferred Skills
Experience servicing inkjet and laser printers.
Knowledge of printer spare parts and consumables.
Experience in in office service and preventive maintenance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
