Job Description: Tally Operator

Location: Mowa, Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Tally Operator to manage accounting entries, maintain financial records, and handle day-to-day accounting operations using Tally software.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
Handle sales, purchase, payment, and receipt entries.
Manage GST entries, GST invoicing, and basic GST reconciliation.
Maintain ledgers, vouchers, and other financial records.
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash and bank books.
Assist in preparing financial reports and outstanding statements.
Ensure accuracy of accounting data and maintain proper documentation.
Coordinate with the accounts team for daily accounting activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications




2–3 years of experience as a Tally Operator or in a similar accounting role.
Valuable knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
Basic understanding of GST, invoicing, and accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
Valuable attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Ability to maintain records and complete tasks within deadlines.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
Location: Mowa, Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
