Job Title: Telecaller

Job location - Ernakulam ,MG road

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales.
Answer inbound calls from customers and provide support and assistance
Qualify leads and identify potential customers
Research and present information about products and services to customers
Maintain accurate records of all calls and transactions
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
freshers or experienced persons in a sales or customer service role
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Robust customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
