We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Production Supervisor to manage daily operations, maintain accuracy production flow and ensure strict quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
Production & Quality Control:
Monitor daily production activities to meet required targets.
Labour Management:
Supervise and manage floor labour/workers effectively to ensure smooth workflow and discipline.
Robust leadership and workforce/labor management skills.
Basic computer/sheet knowledge for maintaining daily stock records.
Sharp eye for detail to quickly identify quality defects.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
