Job Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in AIDC sales and solution selling. The candidate should have strong product knowledge, excellent presentation and negotiation skills, and the ability to develop new business opportunities across Track & Trace, Retail Automation, and Warehouse Automation.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across manufacturing, retail, logistics, warehousing, and other industries.
Promote AIDC products such as barcode scanners, mobile computers, handheld terminals, RFID devices, and related solutions.
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions for Track & Trace, Retail Automation, and Warehouse Automation.
Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations, and solution presentations.
Manage commercial negotiations, quotations, follow-ups, and sales closures.
Build relationships with customers, system integrators, resellers, and channel partners.
Achieve sales targets, maintain the sales pipeline, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.





Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in Business, Marketing, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in AIDC, barcode technology, RFID, or automation solutions.
Good knowledge of AIDC products and their applications in retail, warehousing, and supply chain operations.
Solid solution-selling, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to generate leads, develop customer relationships, and close business deals.
Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to travel for customer meetings.

Recent customer acquisition and business development.
Achievement of revenue and gross margin targets.
Sales pipeline development and conversion.
Customer relationship management and repeat business.

Preferred Profile: Candidates with hands-on AIDC sales experience and a robust understanding of Track & Trace, Retail Automation, and Warehouse Automation solutions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
