Job Summary

The Artarium is looking for a Store Executive to manage daily inventory and store operations, including material receipt, issue, stock maintenance, and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily inward and outward movement of materials.
Maintain accurate stock records in Tally/ERP and Excel.
Handle GRN, material issue/receipt, and stock documentation.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Monitor stock levels, shortages, damages, and discrepancies.
Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, and Operations teams.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials.




Prepare inventory reports and support stock audits.

Requirements
Graduate or relevant field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in Brand Store/Inventory/Warehouse operations.
Knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Valuable understanding of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
Solid organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
