Position: Retail Sales Associate (RSA)

Job Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in selecting eyewear products.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable frames, lenses, and sunglasses.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Explain product features, pricing, and ongoing offers.
Handle billing, order processing, and customer queries.
Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and inventory.
Deliver an excellent customer experience and build long-term customer relationships.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Positive communication skills in English and the local language.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Skills
Sales and customer service.
Convincing and communication skills.
Team player.
Basic computer knowledge.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
