Role Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles. Source, screen, and onboard talent while ensuring a solid candidate experience and meeting hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
Schedule and manage interview rounds, assessments, and feedback loops
Negotiate offers, manage documentation, and drive onboarding process
Build and maintain talent pipeline for current and future requirements
Maintain recruitment metrics and update ATS/CRM regularly

Requirements
2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment
Robust knowledge of sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals
Positive communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
Familiar with ATS/HRMS and MS Excel
Graduate required. MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
Willing to work from Sector 58, Noida

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
