Position: Tailor Supervisor

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Tailor Supervisor to manage tailoring operations, supervise tailors, and ensure timely delivery of quality garments.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise tailors and manage daily stitching operations.
Allocate work to tailors and monitor productivity.
Ensure garment quality, accurate measurements, and finishing standards.
Check stitching, alterations, and final products before delivery.
Manage fabric utilization and minimize material wastage.
Ensure production targets and deadlines are met.
Coordinate with the design and production teams.
Resolve stitching-related issues and guide tailors to improve efficiency.

Requirements:
Experience in tailoring, garment production, or stitching supervision.
Solid knowledge of stitching techniques, garment construction, and finishing.
Ability to manage a team of tailors and maintain quality standards.
Valuable organizational and problem-solving skills.
Prior supervisory experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
