Key Responsibilities:
Own and drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and business acquisition targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
Generate and convert high-quality leads through outbound, inbound, LinkedIn, email, networking, and other channels.
Manage the complete sales cycle — prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, closure, and client onboarding.
Acquire and manage high-value domestic and international clients.
Pitch and sell digital marketing services including SEO, PPC, SMM, and Web Development.
Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Maintain a strong and predictable sales pipeline with accurate CRM/reporting.
Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, revenue forecasts, and pipeline health.
Take ownership of sales strategy, market expansion,



and current business opportunities.
Mentor and guide the business development team and improve overall sales performance.

Requirements:
5–8 years of proven experience in B2B Business Development/Sales, preferably in Digital Marketing or IT Services.
Robust track record of achieving revenue and sales targets.
Experience handling domestic and international markets.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Solid understanding of digital marketing/IT services.
Leadership mindset with the ability to drive team performance and take ownership of business growth.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
