Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, including Board meetings, annual filings, and statutory records.
Manage corporate restructuring, share transfers, mergers, and RoC filings.
Oversee corporate governance, FEMA/RBI compliance, and coordination with auditors and legal consultants.
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal agreements.
Manage aquaculture regulatory approvals, environmental clearances, and licensing compliance.
Handle litigation, statutory disputes, and legal advisory support to leadership.
Support legal due diligence, M&A;, and investment activities.

Pay: From ₹1,800,000.00 per year
