Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop recent business prospects with machinery manufacturers, brick/block units, RMC plants, dealers, builders, and contractors.
Drive regional sales activities to meet business targets.
Build a robust sales pipeline through field visits, referrals, dealer contacts, and existing clients.
Arrange at least 10 customer visits/meetings per week and demonstrate products to prospective buyers.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and convert leads into orders.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Update customer details,



sales leads, follow-ups, and daily visit reports in Odoo or other CRM systems.
Track market trends and competitor strategies to expand business.

Candidate Requirements:
Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Hands-on experience in field sales and territory development.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Experience in construction machinery, industrial equipment, or related sectors will be an advantage.
