Key Responsibilities
Collect, label, and process patient samples accurately.
Perform routine laboratory investigations in Biochemistry, Hematology, Clinical Pathology, Serology, and Microbiology as per standard protocols.
Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and analyzers.
Ensure quality control procedures are followed for accurate test results.
Maintain proper documentation of laboratory records and reports.
Follow laboratory safety, infection control, and biomedical waste management protocols.
Coordinate with doctors, pathologists, and other healthcare staff.
Assist in inventory management of laboratory reagents and consumables.

Eligibility
DMLT, BMLT, or MMLT from a recognized institution.
Experience in a diagnostic centre or hospital laboratory is preferred.




Freshers with relevant qualifications and practical training are also encouraged to apply.

Skills Required
Good knowledge of laboratory procedures and diagnostic testing.
Ability to operate automated laboratory equipment.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) is preferred.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
