Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IndiaMART Enquiry Executive to manage incoming buyer enquiries, prepare quotations, follow up with potential customers, and coordinate with internal teams to convert leads into confirmed orders.

Roles & Responsibilities
Respond to all IndiaMART enquiries within 15 minutes.
Understand buyer requirements, including product specifications, size, quantity, and delivery details.
Prepare and share quotations as per the approved rate card.
Follow up on every quotation until the order is confirmed or marked as lost.
Maintain and update the lead sheet daily with enquiry and follow-up status.




Coordinate with dispatch and procurement teams for confirmed orders.
Maintain professional communication with customers and ensure timely responses.

Eligibility & Required Skills
Graduate in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience; freshers with valuable communication skills can apply.
Positive verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Solid follow-up, coordination, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple enquiries and meet response-time targets.
