Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced CISO / Payments Security Leader to lead cybersecurity strategy, governance, and risk management for high-scale fintech and digital payment platforms. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in UPI security, cloud security, payment systems, regulatory compliance, and enterprise-wide information security.

Key Responsibilities
Define and implement the organization's cybersecurity strategy, policies, and governance framework.
Lead security initiatives for UPI platforms, digital payments, and high-volume transaction systems.
Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Oversee cloud security architecture, particularly AWS-based settings.
Manage enterprise security risks, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and incident response.
Establish security controls for payment infrastructure, APIs, integrations, and sensitive financial data.
Lead security audits, business continuity planning, disaster recovery, and security awareness programs.
Collaborate with technology, product, compliance,



and business teams to ensure secure project delivery.
Lead cybersecurity teams, third-party risk assessments, and security improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
15+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or security leadership.
Robust experience in fintech, digital payments, UPI, payment gateways, or financial services.
Expertise in payment security, cloud security, and enterprise risk management.
Strong knowledge of PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
Experience with AWS security, incident management, security architecture, and governance.
Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic decision-making skills.
Cisco networking and security technology experience is preferred, if relevant to the organization's infrastructure.

Preferred Certifications

CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CISA, or relevant cybersecurity certifications.

Pay: Up to ₹4,000,000.00 per year
