Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Management Trainee to drive HNI/UHNI investor acquisition, build distribution partnerships, and manage investor relationships for our alternative investment products.

Key Responsibilities
Acquire recent HNI/UHNI investors and drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain relationships with family offices, wealth managers, IFAs, RIAs, and distribution partners.
Drive repeat investments, cross-selling, and portfolio expansion.
Present investment products, explaining their structure, risk-return profile, and benefits.
Support partner onboarding, product training, and investor engagement.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and investor satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate/MBA in Finance,



Marketing, Economics, or Commerce.
Good understanding of BFSI, wealth management, and investment products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong sales orientation and ownership mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office and Advanced Excel; NISM/AMFI certification is an advantage.
