We are looking for a Recruitment Executive to join our HR & Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should be confident in candidate sourcing, screening, calling, interview coordination, and follow-ups, with a strong interest in building a career in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
Understand candidate profiles and match them with suitable job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Handle offer follow-ups and joining coordination.
Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Requirements
0–2 years of experience in recruitment/HR preferred.




Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in recruitment may also apply.
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of candidate calls.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and recruitment portals.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a target-oriented workplace.
