About the role

Concept Carton is looking for a creative AI Video Creator who can use generative AI tools to produce engaging videos, reels and advertising content for brands.

AI video generation is the primary focus of this role. We need someone who follows emerging AI video trends, experiments with recent techniques and turns ideas into polished, client-ready content.

Key responsibilities
Create AI-generated videos for social media reels, digital advertisements, product promotions and brand campaigns.
Develop concepts, storyboards and visual references based on client briefs.
Use text-to-video, image-to-video and AI image-generation tools to create compelling scenes.
Write and refine prompts to control visual style, camera movement, lighting and character or product consistency.
Edit generated clips into complete videos with suitable pacing, transitions, sound, music and text.
Identify and correct visual distortions, unnatural movement and inconsistencies.
Follow emerging AI creative trends and adapt relevant formats to our clients’ brands.
Collaborate with our content and marketing team and deliver projects on schedule.

What we’re looking for




Hands-on experience with AI video-generation tools and workflows.
A portfolio featuring AI-generated videos, reels or advertisements.
Robust visual storytelling skills and an understanding of composition, lighting and motion.
Proficiency in video-editing software to assemble and finish AI-generated content.
Ability to maintain product accuracy, brand identity and visual consistency.
Willingness to experiment, learn new tools and improve outputs through multiple iterations.
Ability to take a project from initial concept to final delivery.

Added advantages
Graphic design and photo-editing skills.
Motion graphics experience.
Previous experience creating advertising content or working in a creative agency.
Ability to work with Malayalam and English text.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
