Experience :
– More than 8 years’ Experience in Residential, Bungalows, Commercial Preferred.

– Completing project pre-planning processes, such as cost estimations and budgeting.
– Establishing construction schedules.
– Negotiating contracts and obtaining permits.
– Managing in office construction personnel.
– Reviewing compliance with federal and local safety guidelines and standards.
– Completing project pre-planning processes, such as cost estimations and budgeting.
– Lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing out projects.
– Prepare plans utilizing AutoCAD.
– Responsible for planning material requirement on site.
– Ensuring documentation work and verify the work done by the team.
– Ensure proper work allocation, supervise and monitor the work carried away and team.
