We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives / Telecalling Executives to join our BPO team in Bengaluru.

The selected candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, providing appropriate information or assistance, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
Communicate with customers to understand their queries, requirements, and concerns.
Provide accurate information about products, services, or processes.
Resolve customer queries and complaints or escalate them to the appropriate team when required.
Make outbound calls to customers as part of the assigned BPO process.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and update information in the system.
Follow the company's calling scripts, processes, and quality standards.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and performance targets.
Maintain a qualified and courteous approach while interacting with customers.

Requirements
Good communication skills in English and/or relevant regional languages.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.




Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM/software.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
