We are hiring Customer Relation Executive to join our team .
Location: Thiruvananthapuram (TVM), Kerala.

Roles and Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads for solar panel installations.
Handle inbound customer enquiries and provide accurate information about solar products, services, and installation processes.
Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales prospects.
Explain the benefits of solar energy, available schemes, and installation procedures to customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and update customer details and call records in the CRM.
Handle customer questions, resolve basic complaints, and coordinate with the sales and technical teams when required.
Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team.




Maintain daily call reports, lead status, and follow-up records.
Achieve assigned calling, lead-generation, and sales-conversion targets.
Maintain skilled communication and build positive customer relationships.

Required Skills
Proven experience in sales telecalling and customer service.
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills., familiarity with CRM software.
Target-oriented attitude and ability to work in a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
