Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day accounting, including purchases, sales, expenses, receipts, payments, and ledger maintenance.
Ensure monthly account closure, bank and ledger reconciliations, salary reviewal and preparation of financial statements for both units.
Prepare and present monthly MIS reports covering profitability, expenses, cash flow, and outstanding receivables/payables.
Handle GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C, as applicable), GST reconciliations, ITC verification, TDS, income tax, and advance tax compliance.
Draft replies to GST and Income Tax departmental notices and coordinate follow-up until resolution.
Coordinate statutory, tax, and internal audits and ensure timely statutory compliance.
Coordinate with accounts, purchase, sales, stores, and production teams; maintain proper documentation and internal financial controls.
Assist management with budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and financial decision-making.

Maintain audit-ready books, reconciliations, schedules, and supporting documents.
Monitor statutory deadlines, coordinate with auditors and consultants, and ensure timely compliance and closure of audit observations.

Candidate Requirements
Qualified CA with 3–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or foundry.
Solid practical knowledge of accounting, GST, income tax, TDS, audits, departmental notices, and MIS reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software/ERP and MS Excel.
Ability to independently manage the financial and compliance activities of both units.

Pay: Up to ₹120,000.00 per month
