We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented MBA Intern to join our Process Excellence team and support process implementation, tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure effective implementation of deployed processes
Track process adherence and report deviations
Manage process data, dashboards, and reports
Conduct process health checks and performance tracking
Support recent process development and improvements
Assist in identification of new process requirements
Support creation of current processes
Assist in process documentation and standardization
Support process orientation and awareness sessions
Collaborate with stakeholders and gather feedback
Drive process awareness and team engagement
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
High ownership and accountability
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Good data handling skills (Excel / Google Sheets)
Interest in operations, process improvement & analytics
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Eligibility
MBA (Operations / HR / General Management) or relevant postgraduate degree - Intern
Strong academic background with interest in process management and operations
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
