We are looking for a agile, creative, and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
Lead and monitor the marketing team.
Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns.
Analyse market trends, competitors, leads, and conversions.
Coordinate with Sales, Creative, and Content teams.
Conduct webinars and participate in online promotional activities.
Monitor campaign performance and achieve marketing targets.

Requirements
Prior experience in the digital marketing field is mandatory.
Must be interested in conducting webinars and engaging with audiences.
Robust leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and promotional strategies.
Ability to manage a team and achieve business targets.

Location: Vattappara Trivandrum, Kerala

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
