Looking for, Senior Merchandiser For hand embroidery export house.

This role is ideal for someone with a robust background in merchandising, deep knowledge of embroidery and textiles, and experience leading projects in the textiles, garments, or accessories industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end merchandising for embroidery projects, from concept to delivery.
Coordinate cross-functional communication with different departments to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
Use your in-depth knowledge of embroidery materials, techniques, and processes to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Lead assigned projects, providing guidance and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee project timelines to ensure deadlines are met and milestones are achieved.
Work closely with the Buying, Sourcing,



and Production teams to ensure smooth execution of embroidery designs and processes.

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience of 5-7years in merchandising, preferably within the hand embroidery industry.
Strong expertise in embroidery materials, techniques, and processes.
Excellent cross-functional communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Leadership experience with the ability to guide teams and manage timelines effectively.
A passion for quality and an eye for detail in product development.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
