Collect monthly chit installments and follow up on pending payments.
Maintain accurate records of collections, receipts, and customer transactions.
Coordinate with customers regarding auctions, payouts, documentation, and account-related queries.
Assist with verification and processing of customer documents.
Prepare daily/monthly collection reports and update financial records.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve routine account and payment issues.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
