Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented LinkedIn Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our company's LinkedIn presence. The role will focus on content strategy, LinkedIn growth, B2B lead generation, prospect engagement, follow-ups, and lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute LinkedIn marketing and growth strategies.
Create and maintain monthly LinkedIn content calendars.
Write, schedule, publish and optimise LinkedIn posts.
Research industry trends and develop relevant B2B content.
Build a relevant skilled network through targeted connection outreach.
Identify and generate potential B2B leads through LinkedIn.
Manage lead follow-ups and maintain accurate lead records.
Build relationships with founders, brands, decision-makers and business professionals.
Support lead qualification and conversion activities.
Track LinkedIn activities, leads and conversion performance.
Prepare regular performance reports and insights.
Monitor LinkedIn trends, platform updates and changes in content best practices.
Maintain a professional and authentic company presence on LinkedIn.
Follow LinkedIn's platform guidelines and responsible outreach practices.




Help maintain account security and monitor unusual or unauthorised activity.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in LinkedIn Marketing, B2B Marketing, Digital Marketing, Lead Generation or a related field.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn and B2B audience engagement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Positive copywriting and content creation abilities.
Strong networking, follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Basic understanding of lead generation and conversion.
Good analytical and organisational skills.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple activities.
