Manage the overall operations of the vehicle service department.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Supervise service advisors, technicians, and other service staff.
Monitor daily workshop operations, vehicle repair progress, and delivery schedules.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure proper vehicle diagnosis, repair quality, and on-time delivery.
Monitor workshop productivity, labour revenue, and service department targets.
Coordinate with the spare parts department to ensure the availability of required parts.
Ensure compliance with Tata Motors service standards, policies, and procedures.
Monitor customer feedback, service retention, and repeat business.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Maintain workplace safety, discipline, and skilled standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
