Key responsibilities
Guest service
Greet every guest at the door, seat them and hand over the menu.
Explain the menu, suggest combos, add-ons and alfaham family packs.
Take orders accurately and pass them to the kitchen or billing without delay.
Serve food hot and complete, with the right mayo, salad and kubboos.
Check on tables during the meal and handle refills and extra requests.
Handle complaints politely and report each one to the Shift Lead.
Collect guest phone numbers for the loyalty programme and ask for Google reviews.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
