Experience: Min 1 Year in Any Field (Sales and Marketing is considered an added advantage)

Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for handling inbound enquiries from prospective clients, explaining our services and converting leads into successful client onboardings.

Key Responsibilities:
Receive and respond to client enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp or other communication channels.
Understand the client’s requirements and recommend suitable services.
Clearly explain service offerings, pricing, and onboarding procedures.
Follow up with prospective clients and address their queries.
Convert qualified leads into confirmed clients.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive convincing and negotiation abilities.
Customer-focused approach.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and meet conversion targets.

Qualification:
Any graduate.
Prior experience in sales, business development or customer handling is preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
