Effective coordination with Nursing, Doctors, Patients, and administrative departments.
Coordinate with patients and billing process
Interacting with patients on complaints.
Billing OPD/Emergency.
Taking complaints from the patient/Attendant regarding the services.
Handling patients enquiries and complaints.
Welcome patients and visitors with a warm and qualified demeanour, ensuring a positive first impression.
Processed patient check-ins and check-outs, managing billing and payment collections.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
