The Accessories Manager is responsible for managing the lifecycle of all garment trims and accessories—from sampling and vendor negotiation to warehouse check-in and line-issue—ensuring materials arrive on time, match design standards, and stay within budget.Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Vendor Management:
Source and negotiate with suppliers for trims and accessories (buttons, zippers, snap fasteners, drawstrings, elastic bands, labels, hangtags, polybags, and specialized branding elements).
Build and maintain a reliable database of local and international vendors.
Costing & Budgeting:
Calculate the cost per piece for all accessories in coordination with the merchandising and design teams.
Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or compliance standards.
Sampling & Approvals:




Coordinate with designers and buyers to submit accessory swatches, lab dips, or physical mock-ups for sign-off.
Ensure all approved trims meet buyer tech-pack specifications.
Inventory & Store Operations:
Monitor stock levels of raw accessories to prevent production line stoppages.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
