Job Description: Admission Counselor

Job Location: Panchkula, Haryana

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Admission Counselor to guide prospective students regarding courses, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, along with experience in student counseling, admissions, or educational sales.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding available courses, programs, and career prospects.
Handle inquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and admission procedures.
Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into successful admissions.
Maintain student inquiry records, follow-up schedules, and admission databases.
Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to enrollment growth.
Coordinate with the academic and admission teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Assist students with application forms,



document verification, and enrollment formalities.
Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and education fairs when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline; candidates with relevant educational qualifications will be preferred.
1–3 years of experience in admission counseling, student counseling, educational sales, or a related field.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and Excel.
Ability to manage multiple inquiries and work toward admission targets.
A positive attitude and a student-focused approach.
