Rasik Publicity is looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager who can identify new business opportunities and expand our presence across Print & Digital Media.

Your Role:
Identify and acquire current clients across industries.
Generate leads and convert opportunities into revenue.
Pitch print and digital advertising solutions to brands and agencies.
Develop robust relationships with decision-makers.
Negotiate deals, close sales, and achieve revenue targets.
Drive repeat business, renewals, and account growth.

The Ideal Candidate:
4–5+ years of relevant sales or business development experience.
Experience in media houses, advertising agencies, or media sales.
Strong client connections and lead-generation capabilities.
Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle.
