Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute annual co-marketing plans in collaboration with AWS partner and field marketing teams.
Apply for, manage and claim AWS Marketing Development Funds (MDF) and other partner funding.
Plan and execute AWS Summits, webinars, customer workshops, roundtables and other field marketing events.
Manage lead-generation agencies and vendors, ensuring lead quality, targets and budgets are met.
Coordinate with inside sales teams to ensure timely lead handover and track leads through the sales pipeline.
Maintain AWS Partner Network (APN) profiles, Partner Central, case studies, solution briefs and AWS Marketplace listings.
Build strong relationships with AWS account managers and partner managers to generate referrals and co-selling opportunities.
Track and report marketing spend, leads, sales pipeline, bookings and return on marketing investment.

Requirements
5–8 years of experience in B2B marketing.
At least 3 years of experience in partner, channel or field marketing at a cloud, SaaS or IT services company.




Hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud partner programmes; experience with MDF is preferred.
Proven experience executing marketing campaigns and events that generate measurable business prospects.
Experience managing marketing agencies, vendors, budgets and performance targets.
Working knowledge of CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho or Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to AWS teams and senior customer stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA in Marketing preferred.

Positive to Have
AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or AWS Partner accreditations.
Existing qualified network within AWS India partner and field teams.
Familiarity with AWS Marketplace and ACE co-selling processes.

Work Location

This position is based at the Bengaluru office and requires 100% work from office. Occasional travel within India for AWS and customer events may be required.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹320,000.00 per month
