Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Store Sales Executive to assist customers, drive sales, and ensure an excellent shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Maintain product displays and store cleanliness.
Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions accurately.
Manage inventory and replenish stock as needed.
Address customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ year of retail or sales experience preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer/POS knowledge.
