Position: Quality Manager

Experience Required: 8–12 Years

Educational Qualifications: B.Sc., PGDM, PGD-PPT

About the Role

We are looking for a highly capable and experienced Quality Manager to lead and strengthen the quality function at our Packaging Unit. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and leadership of QA/QC teams in a plastic packaging manufacturing workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Lead QA & QC operations across Incoming, In-Process, and Final Product stages

Oversee certification and traceability of raw materials and finished goods

Conduct regular IPQC checks and manage calibration of lab instruments

Prepare, implement, and maintain critical quality documentation: SOPs, COAs, Batch Records, CAPA

Supervise instrument-based testing (I.V., MFI, Moisture Analyzer, etc.)

Define product specifications, prepare standard shade cards, and analyze quality reports (e.g., IntraVis, Moisture)

Maintain hygiene and ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 9001,



ISO 15378, BRC, SEDEX, and FSSC

Lead external and client audits, current product development (NPD) support, and mold/machine validation

Drive implementation of QMS, FSSC, and food safety programs

Mentor, train, and monitor the quality team, instilling a culture of continuous improvement

Key Skills & Expertise

Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Proven leadership in managing cross-functional quality teams

Deep understanding of plastic materials – PET, HDPE, PP, LLDPE, PC

Hands-on experience in Injection Molding, Blow Molding, ISBM, and EBM processes

Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination abilities

Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 per year
