Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain books of accounts.
Handle GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
Manage TDS/TCS compliance and statutory filings.
Perform GST input tax credit and vendor account reconciliation.
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor payments, and client billing.
Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Prepare monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
Monitor project-wise costs, revenue, client invoicing, retention money, and advances.
Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.
Maintain accurate financial records for both Pune and Nashik branches.





Required Qualifications and Skills
B.Com, M.Com, or a degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounting and finance.
Working knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9.
Positive MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
Experience in construction, interior design, contracting, or project accounting will be an advantage.
Valuable analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple branch offices and travel periodically if required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
