Wistora IQ Solutions is looking for a Junior HR Executive to join our team at Vyttila, Kochi.

Position: Junior HR Executive
Location: Vyttila, Kochi
Salary: ₹12,000 per month

Eligibility:
MBA (HR) graduates/final-year students
Any graduate with a robust interest in Human Resources
Freshers are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:
Managing recruitment and candidate coordination
Conducting resume screening and interview scheduling
Supporting employee onboarding and documentation
Maintaining employee records and HR databases
Assisting with attendance management and HR operations
Supporting employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
Assisting with HR policies and compliance activities

Requirements:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
Robust organizational and coordination abilities
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
