HR – Talent Acquisition

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR skilled with a good understanding of Digital Marketing, Branding, Advertising and Marketing Communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Digital Marketing, Creative, Branding, and Media roles.
Identify and hire quality candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Conduct initial screening and interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
Understand job requirements and evaluate candidates based on their skills, communication, experience, and industry knowledge.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and joining processes.

Key Skills:
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of Digital Marketing & Branding
Strong talent sourcing and candidate evaluation skills
Good networking, negotiation, and follow-up abilities
Experience in Media, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or Creative industries will be an advantage.
