Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
Objective: Enhance the customer experience, build long-term brand loyalty, and manage high-value client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome walk-in customers and assist them with personalized service inquiries.
Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) database.
Follow up with clients regarding special occasions, festive greetings, and exclusive loyalty program advantages.
Address customer feedback and resolve queries professionally to ensure maximum satisfaction.
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
