Job Description: Field Executive

Department: Operations / Logistics Location: Ahmedabad Job Summary:

The Field Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end transportation and delivery of samples, ensuring timely pickups, cash collection, proper handover to the laboratory, and accurate documentation. The role requires coordination with clients, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth and productive logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
Collect samples from clients, hospitals, clinics, and other designated locations as per the schedule.
Ensure the protected and timely transportation of samples to the laboratory while maintaining proper sample handling procedures.
Collect cash payments from clients and maintain accurate records of collections.
Ensure proper handover of samples to the laboratory team along with the required documentation.
Coordinate with clients, the marketing team, and the operations team for timely sample pickups and deliveries.
Maintain records of sample collection, delivery,



cash transactions, and client handovers.
Follow laboratory protocols for sample transportation, handling, and confidentiality.
Report any delays, discrepancies, or issues related to sample collection and delivery to the concerned team.
Support daily field operations and ensure smooth coordination between clients and the laboratory.
Maintain professional relationships with clients and provide prompt support whenever required.

Required Skills

Knowledge of basic documentation and record-keeping.
Ability to manage time and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Responsible and organized approach to handling samples and cash.
Basic knowledge of mobile applications and navigation tools.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
Experience: 0–2 years of experience in field operations, logistics, sample collection, or a related role.
Preferred: Experience in the healthcare or diagnostic laboratory industry.
Other Requirements: Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred/mandatory, as per job requirements.
