Role Purpose

The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing and supervising day-to-day site activities related to Crane/Lift operations within Oil & Gas / Industrial / Construction settings. The role ensures secure execution of work, strict compliance with site regulations, timely permit management, effective workforce supervision, material control, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Site Management & Coordination

Oversee daily site operations related to Crane / Lift installation, operation, modification, and dismantling.

Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, clients/customers, and the Project Engineer to ensure smooth and effective site operations.

Ensure work execution aligns with approved method statements, drawings, schedules, and site requirements.

Act as the primary point of contact at site for operational coordination and issue resolution.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
